A nationwide drug prevention campaign in Italy has surpassed over one million drug-prevention booklets distributed in the past month. The initiative forms part of the Truth About Drugs campaign, which aims to provide accessible knowledge about commonly abused substances and their impact on health and society.
Approximately five hundred volunteers are participating in the outreach effort, distributing materials in public spaces, shops and community areas. The campaign focuses on raising awareness before drug use begins, providing resources designed to explain the dangers of drugs in a simple way.
